Why has no one responded to me?Updated a month ago
Most of our staff works Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 04:00 PM PDT. Outside of those hours, we go home and are with our families. We are closed on all major holidays.
If you have not gotten a message back to your email or chat message within 24-48 Business Hours, something might be wrong:
Check your spam folder, then call or text our staff support line at 507-400-0490 and leave a voicemail with your name, order number, question or concern, and which method you were previously using to contact us.
**Repeatedly opening tickets, emails, chats, texts, phone calls, etc. will keep resetting your place in the support queue to the end of the line.**
