Why has no one responded to me?Updated 3 months ago
Most of our staff works 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. Outside of those hours, we go home and are with our families.
If you have not gotten a message back to your email or chat message within 24-48 Business Hours, something is wrong:
Check you spam folder, then call our staff support line at 507-400-0490 and leave a voicemail with your name, order number, question or concern, and which method you were previously using to contact us.
**Repeatedly opening tickets, emails, chats, texts, phone calls, etc. will keep resetting your place in the support queue to the end of the line.
