THE BASICS:
Nearly all items can ship to a US shipping address. If the item is visible on our website from your home country, you are welcome to place an order. If the item is restricted, gets auto-cancelled, or is not showing on your country's version of the Atomic Defense website, you likely need to have a US shipping/delivery address for the item/s to be delivered to.

How to place an order:
Enter the US address into the "Shipping Address" field at checkout. (Your billing address must match your credit card's billing address.)
BEFORE ORDERING:
- Returns on international orders are accepted, however, you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective upon arrival and we were informed within 15 days.
- You are solely responsible for knowing if the item you purchase can or will be accepted by your country's Customs or allowed to export to your country by US Customs. Packages failing Customs due to failure to know your import restrictions may result in a 20% restocking fee.
- We are not responsible for customs or shipping clearance on international orders. This includes delays as we cannot control the speed at which customs, both in the US or your country, pass or sort shipments. While extremely uncommon, once shipped, international shipments can take 1-3 months to arrive.
- Countries embargoed by the US will not be shipped to or used as a billing address.
- We will not ship to pass-through or shell entities unless registered with the proper regulatory agency.
INTERNATIONAL BULK ORDERS:
If you are an international or foreign dealer, agency, or department: Please fill out this order form and we can get export clearance on larger orders. Please have your End-User Cert/Statement ready. However, if you already have your own export system in place, please let us know who those contacts are so we can arrange shipping and pick-up.
*Be aware that certain items like thermals, night vision, laser systems, and other categories of items cannot be exported by anyone without clearance by US regulatory agencies. Specific exemptions may apply or are determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject or modify orders and products as needed and may do so without prior notice to comply with laws, regulations, licensing, and rules.
