<p>To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we might not be able to cancel it. However, if it hasn&apos;t been shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. In some cases, even if the order has been marked as shipped incorrectly, we will correct the status and process the cancellation upon request.</p><p>If you decide to cancel your order, we will ask for the reason for the cancellation, especially if there is a known production delay on the item you ordered. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will refund your last order to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow some time for your bank to process the refund.</p>
