Damaged:
Some items break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help.
- Please email our team an image of your damaged item for further assistance. We will get back to you with further instructions.
Missing:
It's very rare, but sometimes an item may be missing.
- If your item has more than one item in the order, please send us a photo of everything you have received. We will get back to you with further instructions.
Rules:
- Must email us within 30 days of package delivery.
- Wrong Items: Our scanner takes pictures of orders before they are packaged and shipped. If we ever make a mistake on your orders, we pay for exchange shipping and recertification costs.
