Q: Will my payment be charged when the order is made?
A: Yes, we don't store credit card information.  Companies that are charging you after the order are storing your card information in a database.  We don't do that.

Q: This product is in stock, but I'd like a different one.  How can I get the other one?
A: Click through the other options on the page to confirm stock status, then contact us with which one you'd like instead.

Q: Why does the date keep changing after I placed my order?
A:  This page is not a prediction for past orders.  It's only designed for if you place your order today and estimates when the item will be  delivered if you were placing an order today.
